A website has to be original while adhering to intellectual property laws. Information has to be properly referenced; terms and conditions that outline the website’s use of information are available, and the website doesn’t use unauthorized information, images or any other such content.

 Organization

A website has to be clearly organized and intuitive. It should be easy to navigate and find information

 10,000 Unique Visitors

A website has to be popular with at least 10,000 unique visitors a month.

 Commercial Products

The website cannot sell illegal products, substances, or any other such materials.
